How is the Certificate of Analysis verified?
Every batch is verified by Janoshik Analytical, an independent third-party laboratory recognized as a leading reference in purity assessment for research compounds. Each lot undergoes HPLC-MS analysis, and a Certificate of Analysis is available under Lab Results for every compound we sell. Additional blind testing is performed as part of our quality-control standards.
What is the shelf life and storage protocol?
Lyophilized peptides should be stored below 16°C and protected from light. When sealed and stored correctly, lyophilized compounds remain stable for up to 24 months. Once reconstituted, refrigerate and use within 30 days. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles after reconstitution
Do you ship outside the EU?
Currently, we ship only to EU member states. We do not ship to the UK, Switzerland, or Norway. Orders typically arrive within 3–5 working days. We do not ship outside this region, as research-compound imports require regulatory clearance that varies sharply by jurisdiction.
What does “Research Use Only” mean?
All NZM compounds are sold strictly for collection and research purposes only. They are not for human or animal consumption, veterinary use, off-label use, clinical application, or compounding. By placing an order, you confirm that the material is destined for laboratory, collection, or research-protocol use only and that you are qualified to handle it.
Can I order in bulk for a research institution?
Yes. Universities, contract research organizations, and independent labs can request institutional pricing on orders of 25+ vials. How is reconstitution handled? Do you supply BAC water?
Bacteriostatic water is available as a separate accessory SKU. To reconstitute, add the recommended solvent volume slowly along the inside wall of the vial, then swirl gently — never shake. Each product page lists the specific reconstitution volume for that compound.
